Church DNA is the weblog of Derrek Engeler. Derrek is the eMarketing Manager for EvanTell, Inc., an organization that is committed to a clear presentation of the gospel, a careful handling of Scripture, and a core doctrine of grace. EvanTell’s mission is to declare the gospel clearly and simply, to activate believers around the world, and to prepare the next generation to reach the lost.
Derrek is a graduate of Dallas Theological Seminary with a Master of Arts in Christian Education with a focus in the area of Church Leadership. Derrek is also a graduate of Baylor University, where he studied religion, sociology, and communication. Derrek has been in ministry for 10 years and has served on the staff of mega-churches in Texas and Arizona where he developed his passion for leadership, outreach, and evangelism.
